LET YOUR DOG LEAD TRAINING CLASSES REGISTRATION FORM

PLEASE READ:

At Let Your Dog Lead Training, we prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone. Therefore, we do not accept aggressive dogs in our group training classes. If you your dog may have aggression issues, or if you have any concerns, please reach out to us before class begins. We are more than happy to refer you to skilled trainers in our area who specialize in aggression.

• Tuition must be received within one week (7 calendar days) of your registration to hold your spot in class. You may pay online via PayPal or mail a check payable to Let Your Dog Lead to 13110 177th PL, Suite 101 MB 173, Woodinville, WA 98072

To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all participants, please make sure your dog is up to date with vaccinations as per your veterinarian's recommendations and state law. Additionally, a fecal exam is required every six months. Kindly email your vaccination records and fecal results before the start of classes to confirm your dog's eligibility for all activities.  Email to tlfay@letyourdoglead.com

We encourage all family members to join in the training process. Please ensure that young children are supervised by an adult and can sit quietly during the class. Additionally, the primary handler should be at least 13 years old, unless prior arrangements have been made.

In the event of extreme weather, instructor emergencies, facility issues, or low enrollment, classes may be subject to cancellation. Notifications will be communicated via email, and for same-day cancellations, a phone call will also be made. If you have any uncertainty regarding the status of a class, please do not hesitate to contact me at 206-948-3584. A make-up class will be arranged to address any missed material, and the instructor may opt to conduct the class via Zoom if it is appropriate for the lesson.

Refunds will not be issued once the current class session has started, including for students who withdraw on the first day of class. Cancellations made less than one week prior to the start of classes will be eligible for a 50% refund. Additionally, refunds for payments made through PayPal will be processed minus the applicable PayPal fees. 

Your tuition entitles you to a seat in the class you registered for, at that specific day and time only. If you do not attend class, no matter what the reason, you are not entitled to a refund or a transfer of tuition to another class.
